Submission of program proposals now possible

Dear people,

on September 8 to 14, 2025, we are once again organizing the ‘Mobilitätswende Camp’ (Mobility Transformation Camp) in Luitpoldpark in Munich.

We’d like to offer a great program and are now collecting your program submissions:

• Whether lecture, workshop, concert, performance or film screenings, everything can be submitted.
• We’re looking forward to reading about your ideas!

Please let us know what you need in terms of accommodation, travel costs, expense allowances and barrier reduction. We are not yet sure what can be covered, but with your needs we can ask for appropriate funding. A “kitchen for all” and overnight accommodation at the camp will certainly be provided.

We kindly ask you to submit your program proposals by mid-July (July 13) so that we can get back to you by the beginning of August.

Are you an association/organization/group with so many ideas that you can even fill a program tent during the entire camp? Perfect, there are 4 tents available. You can submit proposals for program tents at https://programm.mobiwende.camp/zelte/cfp.
